All of us as humans deserve to be well. This requires us to explicitly understand and learn skills and strategies to give ourselves this opportunity. We can train the mind and heal the body with skill and intention to wake up to the world as we know it and support our purpose and values we hold for ourselves.
Mind Matters believes that for this to happen, it is important to set aside time to learn how to be well and then generalize our mindful abilities in real time life experiences.
