Provide instruction and exercises on the principles of mindfulness and wellbeing, these sessions are developed through discussion and reflection with stakeholders and leaders to identify needs and outcomes.
Create and implement programs based on the needs of clients to develop a community and practice of mindfulness and wellbeing.
Programs and curriculum offered are meant to support the culture of the place they serve, therefore consistent communication and reflection between clients and facilitator(s) is crucial.
One-on-one or group sessions on the topics of mindfulness, purposeful leadership, empathy, and compassion to cultivate social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
Consultation and coaching services can support clients as they develop the skills, attitudes and habits needed for stress management, self-awareness, and resilience.
Specifically geared towards organizations, Mind Matters supports developing wellbeing skills and strategies in the following areas:
Work strategically with leaders to integrate social and emotional learning skills into the culture of a workplace for long-term success in productivity, talent acquisition & retention, psychological capital, and community engagement.
Work with leaders and/or teams to develop standards for an implementation plan.
Facilitate a talk, practice, and reflect session model for people within a workplace to develop a wellbeing toolkit of self-strategies.
This level of support is built on the premise that we alone have the power to choose how we respond to life experiences, we just need explicit instruction on how to do this.
Facilitate a talk, inquiry, practice, and reflection session model for individuals and families looking to enhance their self or family culture and environment to one with more peace, contentment, and clarity.
We all deserve to be well and thriving, and this can be done by learning skills and strategies for self awareness, self regulation, and self intervention.
One-day or multi-day interactive sessions to develop mindful awareness, facilitate discussion and reflection, and promote attainable and sustainable practices to be well. Workshops and retreats include concepts that help us step out of busyness and sink into a more relaxed and clear state of mind.
Components can include any or all of the following: moments of silence, mindful movement, journaling, reflection and guided practices around concepts of mindfulness and wellness, talks, focus on breath and body regulating strategies, and matters of the heart.
The location of workshops and retreats to be determined by organization and/or facilitator(s).
