OFFERINGS

These sessions are offered in a variety of ways to support families and individuals. The content of the support sessions is dependent upon the needs of the client(s) and is rooted in mindfulness and wellbeing. Example topics:

Below are the variations in which sessions can happen. These choices are fluid and based on client needs and topics discussed and practiced:

WHY

Our mission is to support individuals and families in developing awareness, understanding, and techniques that promote emotion regulation, presence, joy, and peace. We teach explicitly how to pay attention to our thoughts, feelings, and sensations in order to choose our response to life.

Mindfulness helps us pay attention to our inner and outer experiences with acceptance and kindness. As mindful parents, we can be more curious and open to understanding what our children are feeling and experiencing with more responsiveness and less reactiveness.

As mindful youth, we can learn and practice tools to help ourselves in contentment and regulation. As mindful families, we can come together and learn how to build connection and calm that we all deserve to learn and live.
